Your Motorhome Is In A Class Of Its Own
AIS has been selling RV Insurance for over 20 years. We know that no matter how often you use your recreational vehicle, you need Specialty RV Insurance for your motorhome. Auto Insurance will not fully cover you in the event of an accident or mishap.

Basic Coverages
Specialized RV Insurance lies somewhere between Auto and Homeowners Insurance. It offers coverage for your RV as both a dwelling and a vehicle. Coverage includes Comprehensive, Collision, Liability, Contents and Medical Payments. Some policies have usage limits (for example, if you’re a full-timer it may cost extra) so check to make sure your policy fits your needs.

Additional Coverages
You can always buy more security by adding the following coverages: Full Coverage (belongings), RV Roadside Assistance, Disappearing Deductible, Full Replacement Coverage and more. An AIS Insurance Specialist will be happy to customize a policy for you that fits your lifestyle.
Understanding RV Insurance Coverage
When insuring your RV, it’s important to consider the risks that could occur to it as both a vehicle and a house. Your RV is susceptible to natural elements like windstorms, hail, floods, landslides and more. It may also run into low branches, wildlife, thieves and vandals. Depending on how frequently you use your Recreational Vehicle, there are probably additional coverages you’d like to consider beyond a standard RV Insurance policy.
Unlike many external factors, customizing your policy to fit your RV needs is well within your control. The right coverage will provide you with peace of mind that your home-on-wheels is protected against the unknown.
What Are My RV Insurance Coverage Options?
Comprehensive coverage pays for direct and accidental damage to the insured's RV other than that caused by a collision. All losses not specifically excluded are covered and such coverage is usually subject to a deductible.
Collision coverage pays for damages upon impact with another vehicle, object or person outside the vehicle, and the upset (overturning) of such vehicle. This coverage is often subject to a deductible.
Liability coverage pays for physical injury to the person of a Third Party. This includes sickness, disease, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of income and even death.
This type of coverage pays the medical bills for the insured and all passengers involved in an accident.
Your belongings inside the RV and the like are all protected by RV Insurance. High-value items need to be ‘scheduled,’ or specifically insured to be covered.
We offer 24-hour roadside assistance with RV specialists as technicians.
This drops your deductible by a specific percentage each year that you do not have a claim. Your deductible is eligible for a $0 deductible, which remains in place unless you have a claim.
This coverage usually only applies to new RVs or an RV that is one model-year old or newer. If the vehicle is totaled within 5 model years, you’re covered for a new RV in a similar model.
Additional coverages available that you may want to consider include Campsite Liability, Emergency Expenses, Golf Cart Coverage, Full-Timer’s Coverage and more.

AIS Insurance Is With You Night & Day
Adding your RV to an existing Auto Insurance policy is not a wise decision. Only Specialty RV Insurance will cover items and mishaps that are specific to motorhomes. All RVs – including Class A, B and C motorhomes, fifth wheels and travel trailers – should be uniquely covered according to model type.
When you speak with an AIS Insurance Specialist, they compare dozens of quotes from partners so you can choose the best coverage for your unique RV. Call us today at (800) 449-8943 or provide some basic information online for free a quote.
